How does the review process work?
After you submit, a real person on our team reviews your background. We're looking for demonstrated expertise — not just official credentials. A law degree counts. So does a portfolio of clients you've advised, a body of published work, or a following built around a specific skill. The process typically takes a few business days. We may follow up to ask for samples, links, or context before approving your listing.
Do I have to use Expert Sapiens for payments?
No. Payment is arranged directly between you and your clients — we don't process or hold money. You and the client agree on timing and method. You're responsible for your own taxes.
What if I don't get bookings right away?
Building visibility takes time, but specific positioning helps. Profiles that clearly explain the workflow problem they solve — approvals, hiring review, financial signoff, governance, fallback design, operating ownership, or agent operations — tend to outperform broad generic tech profiles.
