Refund policy
Understand when refunds are issued and how long they take.
Full refunds are issued when you cancel more than 24 hours before the session, or when an expert cancels. Partial refunds may be granted at Expert Sapiens' discretion for sessions that end early due to technical issues on our platform.
✦Refunds typically appear in 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
✦Contact support if a refund has not arrived after 10 business days.
