1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Rehovica platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

Rehovica is a digital business card product. It lets you create a shareable page with your contact information, portfolio, and booking link, so you can share who you are with a single link or tap. Rehovica is currently pre-launch: the public site shows a coming-soon notice and collects only an email address from visitors who want to be notified at launch.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. Accounts may not be created by automated means or on behalf of another person without authorization.

4. User Accounts

Accounts are not yet open to the public. Once available, you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, and for notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Your Content

Any content you add to your own digital business card — contact details, portfolio links, photos, biography — is yours. You are responsible for making sure the content you post is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Rehovica may offer paid plans once the product launches. Pricing and payment terms will be shown to you before you are charged. No payment is required to join the early-access waitlist.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
• Share, transfer, or misrepresent your account access to let non-subscribed accounts benefit from paid features.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate any user.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or index the Service without our express written permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Service are owned by or licensed to Rehovica. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. By submitting content to the platform, you grant Rehovica a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rehovica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Rehovica and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as determined by Rehovica.
